Shocking neons and blue tones are really big. (think purple, indigo, cyan, turquoise......all shimmery NOT glittery!)Whats the new nail polish color?

Whatever color looks good on you. But for all of the seasons there's different nail polish colors. Like Winter and Fall, wear darker toned colors and in Spring and Summer, wear pastels, brights, neons... I've been seeing a lot of bright colors like hot pink around lately.
OPI has matte colors, and they're considered in. I'd say grey or navy blue and purple are all in.
