Personally, I'd wear a red nail polish or an orange since I like to make bold statements (especially with a dress like that!). The colours will also contrast one another, so don't worry about it mis-matching and what not. Black will always go if you want to keep your nails a bit more low-key. Good luck!
I would accessorize with silver - nail polish, shoes and jewelry.
i think a french manicure and pedicure would look absolutely gorgeous with your dress! with silver shoes and some silver jewelry.
i would just add a layar of clear nail polish to add some sparkle, so that you don't have people looking at your nails instead of your dress.
