I don't know which way I should twist it. On the directions it says to twist it counterclockwise. But if the nail polish pen is facing to the right which way should I twist it? Should I twist it down or up?I have a nail polish pen that you have to twist the bottem to get the color out........?

point the pen up and down and do it that way counterclowkwise, or spin it down
